The RM INFINITY multifunctional device combines the functionalities of a blast chiller, holding cabinet, defrosting cabinet, refrigerator, freezer, proofing chamber, and low-temperature oven. This versatility saves time, space, and money, making cooking in a professional kitchen as flexible and efficient as possible. This is further enhanced by the ability to program cooking phases, allowing the device to operate even in your absence. 

A new feature has been introduced in the Infinity 5, 8, 10, and 15 GN models: the option for humidification. The Infinity device can now be connected to a water supply. An internal valve, paired with a humidity probe inside the chamber, regulates water flow. Water entering the chamber is sprayed via a nozzle to create humidity. For humidification functionality, the Infinity device must be connected to a water supply. However, this is not required if humidification is not used. INFINITY models with HK require a connection to a waste outlet, as the condensate container is no longer included in the INFINITY HK models.
