Project Characteristics

Field Restaurant in Prague is a Michelin-starred restaurant located in the heart of the Old Town. The kitchen, led by chef Radek Kašpárek, focuses on an unconventional approach and authentic seasonal ingredients.

Used Technologies

Considering the smaller space and high service capacity, tall stoves, HoldBox for maintaining the correct temperature of food, and a wide range of cooling devices and washing technology were supplied.
